1. Eligibility & Conduct

• Volunteers must meet minimum age and qualification requirements
• All volunteers must follow Tanzanian laws, facility rules, and ethical standards
• Respect for culture, religion, and local customs is mandatory

2. Scope of Practice

• Volunteers may only perform tasks appropriate to their training and licensing
• Clinical procedures are strictly supervised
• Unauthorized practice is prohibited

3. Health & Safety

• Volunteers must have valid health insurance
• HGO is not liable for illness, injury, or loss caused by negligence or misconduct
• Volunteers must follow safety and infection prevention guidelines

4. Program Fees & Refunds

• Program fees support community projects and operations
• Fees are non-refundable once the program has started, except under exceptional circumstances

5. Photography & Media

• Photos/videos require consent from HGO and subjects
• No identifiable patient images allowed without written permission

6. Termination

HGO reserves the right to terminate participation due to:

• Misconduct
• Breach of confidentiality
• Violation of laws or ethical standards
